Our sorting depot, located in Essex, provides a base from which we organise your contributions where we make quality a priority. Every item is inspected to ensure that it is in good condition and free of stains, tears, snags, holes and other defects. Our clients can be assured that the quality of our stock is constantly maintained to the highest standards. All items that do not pass our inspection are recycled so nothing goes to waste.

Our trained and vetted drivers operate a fleet of vehicles designed for the efficient transport of your contributions. As part of our commitment to a greener earth, we ensure that each vehicle in our fleet complies with or exceeds regulations for emissions. Our drivers operate on regular pickup schedules which allow them to become familiar faces in the communities they serve. We possess licenses for carrying waste (Licence No. CB/JN5717XV) and waste management (EE5931YC).
